Each room can only accommodate one child (below 5 years old or 114cm) for free.
Baby cot : NT$300/per night
The children (between 6 and 12 years old or height 115cm~150cm): NT $450 per person/per night .During Spring Festival: NT$600 per person/per night( Including breakfast, but no extra bed)
The adult (over 13 years old or height more than 151cm): NT $650 per person/per night.During Spring Festival NT$800 per person/per night (Including breakfast, but no extra bed)
Single room (adult or child) : NT $300 per person/per night.During Spring Festival NT$450 per person/per night( Including breakfast, but no extra bed)
There is no membership discount for extra person fees.

Infant (5 years old or under 114 cm): Each room can accommodate up to 1 person free, extra cot is NT$300/night.
Children (6~12 years old or 115~150 cm): No extra bed including breakfast, NT$450/night per person (NT$600/night for Chinese New Year).
Adult (13 years old or over 151 cm): No extra bed including breakfast, NT$650/night per person (NT$800/night for Chinese New Year).
Single Room (not divided into adults or children): No extra bed and breakfast included, extra person will be charged NT$300/night (Chinese New Year NT$450/night).
No member discount for the additional fee. You need to show your ID card on-site to determine age, otherwise you will be charged based on height.

Cancellation Policy：

Online cancellation of reservation 3 days before the check-in date (excluding the day) will not be charged any cancellation fee.
Online cancellation of reservation 1-2 days before the check-in date (excluding the day), 50% of the agreed price paid will be charged as the cancellation fee.
Online cancellation of reservation on the day or do not show up, 100% of the agreed price paid will be charged as the cancellation fee.
If natural disaster (typhoon, COVID 19, etc.) in Taichung or the place of passenger departure on the day of check-in, the notification issued by the competent authority shall prevail, and no cancellation fee will be charged, notified before 12:00 p.m (or postpone 3 months), limited to one time.

Check-in Time:After 4:00PM ; Check-out Time : Before11:30AM.
In order to maintain the tranquility of the accommodation, please lower the volume after 22:00 in the evening and do not make loud noises.
Tobacco, alcohol, gambling, drug and any illegal activities are strictly prohibited indoors.If find out,the hotel may require the guest to check out unconditionally or call the police.
In response to energy conservation and carbon reduction,we implement low-carbon hotel services.Only provide garbage cleaning for continued stays, and not take the initiative to change bedding and towels. If necessary, please place an environmental card on the bed.
The hotel is only for qualified guide dogs to stay with ( qualified dog work permit must be presented).Please let us know in advance when booking, so that accessible rooms and assistive devices can be arranged.
No pets allowed.If find out,an additional cleaning fee of NT$3,000 will be charged. If the facilities are damaged or lost need to pay all of the compensation.
Do not move the furniture (such as bed, cabinets, refrigerators, etc.) in the room without authorization. If it is found, the rent on the day of check-out will be added. If the room facilities are damaged or lost, the price will be compensated.
The rent does not include parking fees. During the accommodation,offer parking discount. The principle of one room is one car. The parking space will not be reserved.
The rent does not include the parking fees.Therefore the hotel is not responsible for the personal finances in the car, or loss and damage of the car.
High risk groups who are not suitable for sports diseases (heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, etc.) or poor physical condition (pregnancy, drinking)are strictly prohibited from using the gym.
The hotel is not responsible for any accident or damage caused by not operating the fitness equipment in accordance with the safety regulations. If the fitness equipment was damaged, it will be compensated according to the price.
Due to the shooting date and the facilities of each room type are different ,room photos are for reference only . Free goods or services can not be accumulated, used in combination, returned, discounted or rescheduled.
We adopt the floating room rate, adjusted according to occupancy rate,and reserves the right to adjust the quotation at any time. If there is any change in the price, please refer to the room rate when booking.
After completing Booking registration, represent agree to the above precautions and disclaimers. If there are any unmentioned matters, the hotel reserves the right to modify, add, delete or terminate at any time without prior notice.
