Taiwan Balloons Museum in Shengang is the only rubber balloon factory in Taiwan. It is now a tourism factory located in the old plant of Dalun Balloon Factory. The themed areas inside the over-50-year-old wooden architecture take visitors on an informative journey to learn about the manufacturing process of balloons.

In addition to a general introduction to materials and molds for balloon making, the museum also offers guided tours, rubber balloon DIY workshop and shaped balloons DIY workshop.

Every year, Taiwan Balloons Museum hosts several major events that attract visitors to take delight in balloons.
